The state of supply chain resilience
Supply chains have rarely hit the headlines as much as in recent times. Increased discussions in the media, academia, and industry have succeeded in raising awareness about the topic, placing issues such as supplier disruptions, digitization, and sustainability under the spotlight for once. Supply chains are the fibre of modern economies; they are the means that allow organizations throughout the world to engage in transnational trade and form partnerships that lead to competitive advantage and growth.
To survive and thrive in the current a volatile environment, organizations and their supply chains need to develop resilient qualities such as flexibility, velocity, and visibility, while also ensuring collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
